Abstract
The Council of Ministers, exercising the powers conferred by article 6 of the Fisheries Law, issue the present Regulations carrying forward amendments to Regulation 7 and 19 of the Fisheries Regulations 1990-1991. More specifically, the amendment is in relation with prohibition on fishing nets usage (Regulation 7) and the integration of Regulation 19 (a new paragraph is added) regarding fishing traps.
