Abstract
The Council of Ministers, exercising the powers conferred by article 6 of the Fisheries Law, issue the present Regulations carrying forward amendments to certain regulations of the Fisheries Regulations 1990-1991. More specifically, Regulations Nos. 7, 9, 15 are amended by adding or replacing certain words; Regulation No. 19 is hereby replaced by new provisions set forth in this text regarding fishing licenses; a new regulation (19A) is added, regarding fishing traps.
