Abstract
These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations of 2007 and shall be read as one with the Fisheries Regulations of 1990-2005 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Regulations"). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Fisheries Regulations of 1990-2007. Regulation No. 12 of the principal Regulations is hereby amended as regards fishing license fees (replacement of paragraph 4) and legitimate age for a person to obtain a fishing license (addition of a new paragraph).
