Abstract
These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations of 2009 and shall be read as one with the Fisheries Regulations of 1990-2007 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Regulations"). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Fisheries Regulations of 1990-2009.
The present regulations amend regulation No. 21 of the principal Regulations by abrogating section (2) of the aforementioned Regulation.
