Abstract
These Regulations may be cited as the Fishing Shelters (Rights of Use) (Amendment) Regulations of 2003 and shall be read as one with the Fishing Shelters (Rights of Use) Regulations of 1994 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Regulations"). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Fishing Shelters (Rights of Use) (Amendment) Regulations of 1994-2003. The present regulations carry forward amendments to certain sections of the principal Regulations. Sections 2 and 3 of the principal Regulations are hereby amended. Also, the Table regarding the fees to be paid is being replaced with a new one annexed in this text.
