Abstract
This law may be cited as the Food (Control and Sale) (Amendment) Law of 2004 and shall be read as one with the Food (Control and Sale) Laws of 1996 up to 2003 (Νο. 3) (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Food (Control and Sale) Laws 1996-2004. With this Law articles 2 and 14A to the principal law are amended. More specifically, in article 2 a new definition for “installations for foodstuffs of animal origin” is added while in article 14A paragraph (b) to section (2) is replaced with the text contained in article 3 to the present Law. Also, new paragraphs (c) and (d) are added to the same article, dealing with installations for foodstuffs of animal origin.
