Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of article 65 of the Forestry Law of 2012, provide for recognising any group or association of private property owners as private forest owners. The Regulations concern: list of documents to submit an application for the recognition; inspection and obligation to provide any data and information requested by the Director; offences.
