Abstract
The provisions of the present regulations are applied to almonds to be exported -of the varieties of Prunus amygdalus B. (Prunus communis)- that is intended to be disposed for human consumption in fresh condition. Export is allowed provided that the final product to be placed onto the market fulfils the terms of the present text. In particular, these regulations set forth standards regarding qualitative categories ("I" and "II" categories), characteristics of qualitative categories, minimum quality standards, classification at size, packing and appearance, labelling.
