Abstract
The provisions of these regulations sets forth quality standards for Brussels sprouts. This standard applies to vegetables of the varieties (cultivars) of Brassica oleracea L. var. bullata subvar. gemmifera DC, to be exported and for supply fresh to the consumer after preparation and packaging. Brussels sprouts intended for industrial processing, are not covered by the present regulations. This standard defines also the minimum quality requirements to be met by Brussels sprouts after preparation and packaging, classification, sizing, packaging and presentation, marking and labelling.
