Abstract
The provisions of these regulations sets forth quality standards for fruits of the genus Citrus(rue family),including lemons, oranges and mandarins. This standard applies to vegetables of the varieties (cultivars) of Citurs limon L. Burm.f., Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck and Citurs reticulata (blanco) to be exported and for supply fresh to the consumer after preparation and packaging. Citrus fruits intended for industrial processing, are not covered by the present regulations. This standard defines also the minimum quality requirements to be met by these fruits after preparation and packaging, classification, sizing, packaging and presentation, marking and labelling.
