Abstract
These Regulations sets forth requirements for formulae and follow-on formulae for infants and babies. The requirements address ingredients from which the baby food may be manufactured, composition, nutritional value, maximum pesticide residue levels, labelling, advertising and marketing. These provisions shall not apply to formulae which were introduced or produced in the republic before the entry into force of the present Regulations.
