Abstract
In exercise of the powers granted by article 11, section 2 of the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Laws of 2003-2006, the Minister of Labour and Social Insurance establishes the list, as set forth in the Table attached herewith, of industrial plants emitting pollutants into the atmosphere and have obtained a permit to operate under the Control of Atmospheric Pollution Law, 2002 (Law No. 187(Ι)/2002).
