Abstract
This Law provides for amending the Law no. 42/III of 2004 concerning the ratification of the 2001 Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants. This Law provides for the ratification of the first amendment to the Convention, approved on December 16th, 2009, whose text in original English version and in Greek translation is attached to this Law.
