Abstract
This Law provides for amending the Law no. 42/III of 2004 on ratification of the 2001 Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, by ratifying the amendments of the Sixth Meeting of the Parties to the Convention approved in April 2014, concerning listing of dangerous substances and their use.
