Abstract
This Law provides for the amendment of the Marine Spatial Planning and other Related Matters Law of 2017. The amendments concern: replacing and substitution of terms and definitions of authorities and institutions; powers and duties of the Deputy Minister; measures concerning the implementation and the suspension of the Marine Spatial Plan; introduction of administrative fines and penalties; transitional provisions.
