Abstract
This Law amends the Law no. 42/III of 2004 concerning ratification of the 2001 Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, by ratifying the amendments of the Seventh Meeting of the Parties to the Convention, and the related decision no. 81,298 on listing of chemical dangerous substances and elements for their production.
