Abstract
The present Regulations, in order to guarantee the health safety of materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs, set forth standards and recommendations (into the Annexes). Such materials should be produced under conditions of good industrial practices, in a way that under normal or expected conditions of use, do not transfer to foodstuffs their chemical components in such quantities that could put in danger consumer s safety or involve alteration of composition, quality of nature of foodstuffs.
