Notification no. 303 of 2023 pursuant to article 30 of the Law on the Quality of Water for Human Consumption.

This Notice, made by the Director of Medical Services and Public Health Services, under the powers granted by Article 30 of the Water Quality for Human Consumption Law no. 46 of 2023, provides for imposing fees and charges to be paid by the Water Supply Agencies, for the following procedures: registration of persons who dispose of potable water from tank vehicles; issuance of Certificate of Conformity for a tank vehicle or tank ship; examination of an objection against a decision of the Competent Authority in accordance with article 29.1 of the Law; examination of an objection by a person, for the intention of imposing an administrative fine in accordance with article 32.2 of the Law; examination of an application for supervision of the implementation of consolidation procedures concerning water supply and disposal.
