Abstract
This Notification concerns the standard application form submitted to the Marine Spatial Planning Commission for the issuance of an operating license to exercise an activity in the marine waters of the Republic, in accordance with the provisions of article 24 of the Law no. 144 of 2017 and the Marine Spatial Planning (General Provisions) Regulations no. 34 of 2021.
