Abstract
The Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment, exercising the powers given under article 16 of Production and use of hatching eggs and poultry chicks Law (No. 88(I) of 1999) declares the Department of Agriculture as the executive agency for the purposes of that Law and Regulations issued under it.
