Abstract
This Law amends Annex II of the Law on Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game. Amended articles of the basic Law consist of the following issues: Article 2 is amended by adding the appropriate alphabetical order, the following new term and definition of "renewed authorization holder hunt with paraplegia" means the holder renewed hunting license, showing zero or almost zero movement and in both lower limbs and/or severely impaired sensation of both lower limbs due to congenital disease, illness or accident that requires a continuous and permanent use of a wheelchair for their mobility. Article 12 is amended as follows: by the addition in subsection (1) thereof, after the number '11', the party's sign and the words "and subsection (1) of Article 52, 'and (b ) by the addition in subsection (2) thereof, immediately after the number "11" (second line), the words "and subsection (1) of section 52". Article 27 is amended as follows: by replacing paragraph (c) thereof, the following new paragraph (c): specifies the hours during which the game hunting and the charge per hunter for additional hunting excursions; by replacing the paragraph (e) with: "(e) refers to the types of game, the maximum number of birds, the area and the period during which hunting is permitted, the region and the hunting dog period, the skills required by a dog for specific hunting species, and the fee for using a dog as escort for specific hunting species. Amendments also provide other administrative and legal proceedings to be met.
