Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game (Amendment) Law, 2014 (N. 165(I)/2014).

This Law amends some articles of the Law on Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game. Amended article 2 is amended as follows: (a) by replacing the definition of the term "wildlife" with the following new definition: wildlife "means game, wild birds, foxes and mouflon" and (b) by adding the appropriate alphabetical order the following new term and definition of "fox" which "means the species Vulpes vulpes . New article 26A is amended by adding, immediately after section 26 thereof, the following new section: "26A managing and controlling the fox population, issued by the Minister at the written opinion of the Scientific Committee, may establish management and control measures of fox population".
