Abstract
This Law may be cited as the Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game (Amendment) Law of 2004 and shall be read as one with the Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game Law of 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game Laws 2003-2004. With the present Law, Annex VIII of the principal Law shall be replaced as set out in the Table attached herewith.
