Abstract
This Law may be cited as the Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game (Amendment) Law of 2005 and shall be read as one with the Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game Laws of 2003-2004 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Law"). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game Laws of 2003-2005. The present law brings forth a minor amendment to section (1) of article 39 to the principal law regarding the obligation of hunting licence holders to display their license, if requested to do so, to the authorities. This law also brings forth a minor amendment to the section of offenses and penalties in Annex XI to the principal law.
