Abstract
This Law may be cited as the Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game (Amendment) Law of 2009 and shall be read as one with the Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game Laws of 2003-2006 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Law"). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game Laws of 2003-2009. The present law brings forth a minor amendment to sub-paragraph (aa), section (1) of article 57 to the principal law regarding the safety requirements prescribed by the law towards persons carrying hunting weapons.
