Abstract
This Law amends Law on Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game. Amendments change several definition and perspectives, dealing with specific aspects of the basic law, such as: a) by adding to the definition of "gamekeeper" after "appointed gamekeeper", the following words "or an officer of the Game Fund"; b) adding the appropriate alphabetical order the following new terms and their definitions: "biological diversity or biodiversity 'means the different structures by which life is expressed at different levels of organization, from the genetic, the level of species, the ecosystems until the landscape level, wherever they are these structures (on land, water or air) and the expression of this variety in spatial and temporal scale. In addition, types of non-native wildlife "means species of wild animals that are not found on their nature within the limits of the Republic, but live in the wild, including for those species of wild animals bred or born in captivity, "farmed species of wildlife" means wildlife species born in captivity from parents farmed and marked has the meaning attributed to this term in article 2; "hunting dog" means a dog of any breed, which may be used for hunting purposes, etc.
