This Law amends Annex II of the Law on Protection and Management of Wild Birds and Game. Amendments change several bird names from the endangered species list, such as: Annex II of the Basic Law is amended as follows: (a) By adding immediately after section 2 thereof the following new section 2A: "2A. Anser fabalis Chorafochina"; (b) by adding, immediately after section 11 thereof the following new points 11A, 11B and 11C: "11A. Branta canadensis Kanadochina TETRAONIDAE 11B. Lagopus lagopus scoticus et hibericus Scottish gras (partridge) 11C. Lagopus mutus Lefkoperdika Alpine'; (c) by adding, immediately after section 12 thereof, the following new points 12A and 12B: 12A. Partridge Alectoris graeca, 12B. Alectoris rufa Kokkinoperdika"; and (d) by adding, immediately after section 15 thereof, the following new section 15A: "15A. Perdix perdix Kampisia partridge."
