Abstract
The application form for waste management permits shall be submitted to the Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment. If non-hazardous waste management is concerned, the Form set out in Annex I shall to be used. In case of hazardous waste management, the appropriate Form is set out in Annex II to this Ordinance.
