Abstract
The purpose of these Regulations is to establish detailed criteria for approval, under article 5(1)b of the Law, public incentives for environmental protection, so as to promote the development of certain economic activities which do not affect negatively the common interest.

Entry into force notes
The Regulations shall enter into force one the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic. The provisions of regulation No. 9 shall come into force on such date as the Cabinet of Ministers may, by Notice in the Gazette, determine.
