Abstract
This Decree, issued by the Minister of the Interior, exercising the powers conferred on him by the provisions of article 22 of the Town and Country Planning Law, applies to every plot of land and plot under development, located in a residential or touristic zone or a residential and business zone or a holiday home zone, or in other areas where residential development is permitted, within the boundaries of the Development Plans. The Decree specifies requirements for residential development only upon the issuance of a certificate by the urban planning authority and on technical conditions described in the Decree.
