The Urban and Regional Planning (Establishment of a Greenhouse) Special Development Decree, no. 139 of 2025.

This Decree, based on the provisions of article 22 of the Urban Planning and Zoning Law, applies to any plot of land on which an application for a building permit is submitted for the construction of a new greenhouse and to any plot of land on which a greenhouse exists and operates on the date of publication of this Decree, and for any additions and modifications to an existing greenhouse. According to the Decree, the greenhouse is used for the purposes of producing agricultural and floricultural products and snail farming only; the plot of land is located in an agricultural zone, a livestock area, a reclamation area and in a protected area; the competent authorities must be consulted before issuing permits.
