Abstract
This Decree, made under provisions of article 22 of the Urban and Regional Planning Law, concerns the Town and Country Planning (Establishment of Photovoltaic Installation). The Decree applies to any piece of land on which a photovoltaic installation of up to 100KW capacity is erected. The Decree provides for: issuance of permits by the Town and Country Planning Authority for the construction of a Photovoltaic Installation, in plots of land used for agricultural or livestock purposes; special provisions for the protection of the cultural heritage; use of photovoltaic installation for professional farmers; procedures for expropriation.
