The Urban Planning and Spatial Planning (Existing Sheep and Goat Farming Units) Special Development Decree no. 140 of 2025.

This Decree, made under provisions of article 22 of the Urban Planning and Zoning Law, applies to every piece of land on which a sheep and goat farming unit exists and concerns the issuance of a permit for sheep and goat farming units. The Decree covers the following matters: location of farming units and distance from urban or residential area and from archeological sites; number of breeding animals for each farming units; measures for ensuring protection of watercourses, and aquifer protection zones; management of solid and liquid wastewater.
