Waste (Amendment) Law 2014 (No. 55(I)/2014).

This Law may be cited as the Waste (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2014 and shall be read together with them on Waste Laws of 2011-2014 (hereinafter referred to as the "basic law") and the Basic Law and this law will be referred together as the on Waste Laws of 2011 to (Ref. 2) of the 2014. Articles of the basic law are amended by adding, in the appropriate alphabetical order new terms and their definitions. In addition, amendments deal with the control over storage of CO2 in geological formations and waste gases released into the atmosphere to protect the ozone layer, such as the carbon dioxide, which is either captured and transported for geological storage, in accordance with the provisions of the the Storage of Carbon Dioxide geological Act, as amended or replaced, in accordance with the provisions of subsection (2) of Article 4.
