Abstract
The Council of Ministers exercising the powers granted by article 4 of the Wells Law (Cap. 351) and for the purposes of the above-mentioned article, with this Order determines the area (which shows in the Table of this Order) in which the issuance of a permit for drilling or construction of wells is prohibited and also is prohibited any change of conditions or restrictions with which a license was previously granted, unless there is the concurrent consent by the Director of the Water Development Department.
