Abstract
The Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment, exercising the powers given under articles 14 and 26 of the Wine Products Board Laws of 2004-2007 and upon the recommendation of the Wine Products Board, approves the collection of fees as described in the text of this provision.
