Act amending the Act on medical care of plants.

This Act establishes provisions concerning control of preparations. Control of preparations means monitoring of the adherence of conditions, requirements and obligations established by the Act on medical care of plants, its implementing legislation and decisions of physical and legal persons relating to preparations as products, their placing on the market of the Czech Republic, storage and use. Control of preparations also includes the laboratory testing, to verify whether the composition, its chemical, physical, technical characteristics and biological properties (if preparation contains microorganisms) are in accordance with the specified conditions.
