Abstract
This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on plant protection. In particular, it provides details on labelling (supplemented art. 31a) and repackaging (supplemented art. 31b) of plant protection products. The product placed on the market must have the label in Czech. In case of parallel trade, the original labels by which the product has been identified during production and marketing shall not be removed. The original batch number and date of production must remain visible on the packaging. Repackaging of the preparation intended to be placed on the market must not affect the composition or physical and chemical properties of the repackaged product. When repackaging the different batches of the repackaged product must not be mixed. After repackaging the original batch number and date of production must be indicated. The repackaging documentation contains: date of repackaging, name of product before repackaging and after repackaging, delivered quantity, the original batch number and the date of production.
