Act amending the Act on the Protection of Nature and the Landscape.

In compliance with Council Directive 79/409/EEC on the conservation of wild birds, these provisions lay down some amendments to the Act on the Protection of Nature and the Landscape as regards the conditions for hunting birds on the basis of the derogation regime laid down in the Directive above-mentioned. The amended provisions also deal with the protection and usage of caves, classification of territories of protected landscape, procedures for delimiting areas of national parks and protected landscape areas, as well as provisions concerning the Nature 2000 programme.
