Abstract
The Act lays down some amendments to provisions concerning greenhouse emission allowance trading, pursuant to Directive 2004/101/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. It establishes fuel producers and suppliers must transmit to the competent Ministry annual reports on their activities. The Act is composed of the following four Sections: (1) Amendments to the Act on requirements concerning greenhouse gas emission allowance; (2) Amendments to the Air Protection Act; (3) Amendments to the Trading Act; (4) Entry into force.
