Act amending the Act on water supply and sewerage systems.

This Act amends the Act on water supply and sewerage systems by narrowing its scope. It excludes the following: a) water pipes used for permanent supply of non potable water; b) sewerage pipes used for disposal of surface waters generated from rainwater. It establishes that the Act applies only to those water and sewerage pipes where there is at least one receiver. Users of water supply or sewerage systems must possess the authorization issued by the competent regional authorities. The Act also sets out penalties.
