Act on genetic resources of plants and microorganisms.

This Act lays down rules governing the protection, preservation and use of genetic resources of plants and microorganisms of great value for agriculture and for the preservation of biologic and genetic varieties of plant species. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Collection, classification, documentation, conservation and use of genetic resources; (2) State administration institutions, penalties and related proceedings; (4) Common, transitional and final provisions.
