Decree amending Decree implementing the Act on genetic resources of plants and microorganisms.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree implementing the Act on genetic resources of plants and microorganisms. In particular the present Decree regulates: size of the sample of the genetic source of the micro-organism (replaced art. 5); scope of genetic resource data (art. 6); method of evaluation of plant genetic resources (art. 7); method of evaluation of genetic resources of microorganisms (art. 7); scope and way of keeping documentation on genetic resources of plants and microorganisms. (art. 9, 10 and 11).
