Abstract
This Decree amends Annexes 1 and 5 to the Decree of the Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Health on assessment of hazardous properties of wastes. Annex 1 lays down definitions of hazardous properties of wastes and criteria for assessing hazardous properties of wastes; Annex 5 deals with taking of samples.
