Decree amending the Decree establishing details of marking livestock and their registering and registering of farms and persons established by the Breeding Act.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends 56 points of the Decree establishing details of marking livestock and their registering and registering of farms and persons established by the Breeding Act. In particular, the Decree establishes details on: marking horses and donkeys (art. 13 of the amended Decree); marking identity of horses with electronic identifier (art. 15); marking of farmed deer and mouflon (art. 27a, 27b, 27c); registration of horses moved from another member state or imported from a third country (art. 44); register of poultry (art. 64, 64a, 64b); reporting on the state of poultry in a farm (art. 66, 66a).
