Decree amending the Decree establishing details of marking livestock and their registration and registration of farms and persons established by the Breeding Act.

The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends 144 points of the Decree establishing details of marking livestock and their registration and registration of farms and persons established by the Breeding Act. In particular, the Decree establishes the method and deadlines of marking pigs relocated from other member states of the European Community or imported from third countries (art. 22 of the amended Decree), provisions concerning reporting changes relating to horses (art. 46), records kept by operators of hatchery (art. 65), reporting on the number of relocated or imported poultry (art. 67), register of poultry farm in the central database (art. 70).
