Decree amending the Decree implementing Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products.

The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends 34 points of the Decree implementing Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products. In particular, the Decree lays down provisions concerning meat: labeling of meat, poultry meat, game meat (art. 3 of .the amended Decree); allowable negative weight deviations for meat products (art. 12a); technological requirements for canned meat (art. 14a). The Decree establishes also requirements for the quality of fish products and other aquatic animal products, their labeling and marketing (Sec. 3), and requirements for eggs (Sec. 4).
