Abstract
This Decree lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree implementing the Act on introducing the reproductive material of forest woody plants of important species and artificial hybrids intended for forest regeneration and reforestation. In particular, the present Decree amends provisions concerning reproductive material accompanying documents and marking of parts of plants and planting material (originally specified in art. 5 of the amended Decree), details on application for a license of supplier of reproductive material (art. 14) and establishes parameters of planting commercial material of normal quality (Annex 2).
