Decree implementing the Act on introducing the reproductive material of forest woody plants of important species and artificial hybrids intended for forest regeneration and reforestation.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 17 articles, establishes: (a) quality requirements for reproductive material; (b) conditions for merging portions of reproductive material; (c) details on accompanying documents and on marking parts of plants and planting stock for purposes of classification; (d) requirements for recognizing sources of seeds as sources of identified reproductive material; (e) requirements for recognizing sources of selective reproductive material and its marking; (f) requirements for recognizing sources as sources of qualified reproductive material and its marking; (g) requirements for recognizing sources of tested reproductive material and its marking; (h) rules on keeping information on reproductive material; (i) provisions for importing reproductive material.
