Decree amending the Decree on labelling of foodstuffs and tobacco products.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments to the Decree on labelling of foodstuffs and tobacco products. In particular, the present Decree amends requirements for the labelling of foodstuffs and tobacco products such like: labeling of the amount of food (originally specified in art. 5 of the amended Decree), the date of minimum durability and the expiry date of food (art. 6), information on ingredients (art. 8 and 9), information on additives and enzymes (art. 10), information on food of new type and genetically modified food (art. 11).
